Vice Presidents

Caroline Satchell, Vice President

Caroline's 15 years as a television broadcast producer and 13 years at TMG Strategies crafting client's stories and messaging give clients both an inside and outside perspective in working with the media. As head of TMG's Creative Services Group, Caroline focuses on helping clients find, craft and disseminate their stories to broadcast, print and social media, and to their consumers and own internal audiences, especially during a crisis. As the shifting landscape of corporate communications becomes a more personal two-way conversation, TMG specializes in storytelling techniques that build on that relationship and personify what the company stands for. Caroline helps design and implement client crisis strategies, oversees media, crisis and presentation training, writes key messages, media pitches, op eds and video scripts. She also produces videos for the media, websites, focus groups and internal audiences from our own in-house edit suite. During her long broadcast career, Caroline produced hundreds of pieces for the CBS and ABC affiliates in Washington, DC, as well as for National Geographic Television and Discovery Channel.
